The Austin Chronicle is highlighting Austin-made films to watch during these homebound COVID days. They include multiple ways to stream Danger God, the amazingly true story of B-movie and stunt legend Gary Kent.
The answer is maybe and likely. Quentin Tarantino is a major Gary Kent fan and sat down with him at one point asking about Gary and Bud Cardos' experiences with Charles Manson at the Spahn Ranch. (That story is included in Danger God.)
Gary Kent spoke on a panel with Robert Mukes (House of 1000 Corpses) during the Cult Classic Convention. Interestingly Gary was in The House of Seven Corpses and we saw a poster for the film during the fest!
